Description VITICULTURE Pelassa are swiftly gaining a reputation amongst Piedmont’s best, winning rewards and generating interest around the world. This small family estate is starting to turn heads. WINEMAKING Arneis translates as little rascal, in Piemontese, because it’s a notoriously difficult grape to grow. It is often described as a White Barolo and is a perfect example of why it’s worth putting the effort in. OAK TREATMENT   TASTING NOTE Delicate and complex nose of apricot and citrus fruits with floral scent of chamomile and touch of honey. Crisp and fresh on the palate with some mineral notes. FOOD MATCHING Great with seafood and risotto.
