The fermentation lasted for about 6 days. Produced from a blend of traditional local grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel. OAK TREATMENT   TASTING NOTE Intense berry aromas with spice and rich earthy notes, vibrant plum and cherry on the palate with savoury hints, grippy tannins and a finely poised acidity.
