Selected from the best sites in Uco’s Tupungato appellation, this wine is very pure and elegant.TASTING NOTE  Very rich, with deep cassis and black currant fruit, this wine is a full bodied yet wonderfully elegant Cabernet. The palate displays great purity of fruit with gentle spice from the French oak which helps frame the wine rather than overpower it. The finish is long and fresh with great acidity and balance.FOOD MATCH Juicy steak or lamb but also fabulous at the end of the meal with firm cheeses.
