AllNatt Rose Cinsault/ Pinot Noir

Grape variety/Vinification The approach chosen by Jean-Claude Mas is based primarily on a judicious selection of grape varieties, with Cinsault in the starring role. His aim is to make Cinsault the most pre-eminent grape variety in his rosé wine collection. By limiting yields, Jean-Claude Mas is able to create stunning, characterful wines that are generous, concentrated and polished. With 72 hectares of Cinsault vines in production across our estates, in each plot we are able to achieve highly concentrated and intensely perfumed grapes of great character. Tasting notes Composed essentially of Cinsault grapes, AllNatt rosé charms with its fruity, approachable aromatic spectrum and lovely smooth texture. fruity not much aggressive and very smooth. The addition of Pinot Noir brings a touch of freshness to this rosé. Food pairing Best served at 6 to 8°C, this Cinsault rosé is an excellent choice as an aperitif or to enhance summer dishes such as salmon carpaccio or Italian cold meat platter, and typically Mediterranean dishes like linguine ‘à la poutargue’.
