Having the two varieties that make up the batch fermented together, this promoted a superior integration of their particular qualities. One of the varieties is known for its chromatic and aromatic intensity, the other, on the contrary, is known for its discreet colour and contained and austere aromas, which gives rise to a wine with the best of both worlds. The aromatic exuberance of one, with its hues of red and black fruits, is tempered by the fineness and freshness of the other variety, with its soft aromas, which highlight black cherry and dark chocolate, pepper and a refreshing minerality. Elegance and harmony are two outstanding characteristics, which are evident in the mouth, where the freshness and quality of the smooth tannins contribute to a whole, recognized as clandestine in this region, but owing to its identity.
