As a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, this tonic is incredibly useful to prescribe as an alternative to raw/granule herbs for patients with period pain. It’s also an alcohol based tincture and in that way is directed into the blood. In this form, I find patient compliance to be a non-issue, as the taste is quite mild and it’s so easy to take. Pop it in your handbag and you’re good to go. Amazing stuff.
