Then, besides the good fruit that we pick from our vines, we also benefit from the many investments and good decisions that we’ve been making, from the proximity of vineyards to the wine cellar, to patient, gentle pressings, from low fermentation temperatures to low-capacity vats, always with constant attention to details.
