Allow it to recover from its journey in the original pot for at least a week before transplanting.Transplanting: Re-pot into a large container or plant into the garden when roots begin to emerge from the drainage holes. Water thoroughly immediately after planting.Position: Requires a warm, frost-free, and sunny position to thrive. It will grow in partial shade but produces best in full sun. It prefers well-drained, fertile soil and will not tolerate waterlogged conditions.Space: Remember, this is a tree that can grow very large. Ensure you have adequate space for its mature size, or be prepared to manage its growth in a very large container.Fruiting: Patience is key. A tree grown from a grafted plant can fruit in 2-4 years, while a seedling may take 4-8 years.Additional NotesSun Acclimatisation: Our nursery plants are grown in partial shade.
